I decided spur of the moment during break to enter the Rising Stars of Manga Contest. The comic is called "ex Caelis," and when it's posted on the tokyopop main page, voting will open to determine the winners. If you have time, or if you're bored, or if you feel sorry enough for me, please vote!

Voting starts March 3rd. I did 16 pages in all, and it took a week and a couple days. I didn't really sleep. Everything was done in photoshop.

I know another guy that entered... he didn't enter the finals because he sucks.

I've seen other finalists as well... but they mostly suck, too.

Hi I'm Anna Lennox's friend, and I'll definitely vote. When they start the whole thing, will the entire entry be posted online? I'd love to see it. I took a celtic studies class, so I'm interested to see where you're going (I saw the first page).

haha I have it online, but I'd rather not show it until it goes up for voting, only because I'm rather dissappointed in my story. once the voting starts, I'll post all of it, or a link to all of it.
